Our surf & yoga Weekends are designed for both men and women. With yoga you can build strength for paddling, increase your flexibility, boost your endurance and assist your balance, putting you tighter in the pocket, or deeper in a barrel next time you’re in the water. Just ask Kelly Slater!!
General surf fitness improves your surfing so we've designed a weekend program that incorporates yoga and surfing so that you can:
- Increase your lung capacity giving you more energy, stamina and endurance helping you surf longer.
- Increase your paddling power and help you get to your feet faster.
- Increase your balance, coordination, agility and core strength
- Help you feel calm, focused and concentrate while in the water

Price:
- Dorm Room - For a group of 6. Limited availability €120pp
- Twin/Double €140pps (€15 single supplement per night)

Bookings:
- Places are very limited. We like to keep a tight student to instructor ratio for optimal coaching, performance and enjoyment. Our advice is to book quickly to reserve your place.
