Refunds & Exchange

  • We are happy to exchange or refund any items within 14 days of purchase provided that they are in their original condition and accompanied by the original receipt. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  • All refunds will be issued in accordance with your original method of payment.
  • For combination offers you must return any free items for us to process the refund.
  • We do not issue refunds if you simply just change your mind.
  • We do not issue refunds on sale or reduced items.
  • For sale items returned in their original condition and with an original receipt and within 14 days, we offer an exchange for alternative items or gift card at the purchase price.
  • Faulty goods will either be repaired, replaced, exchanged or refunded depending on the nature of the fault. We will first need to inspect the faulty item to make a decision.
  • We do not refund items purchased with a gift receipt; we can offer an exchange for another item or for a gift card providing it is within 14 days of its original purchase date.
  • For the benefit of our customers and for reasons of hygiene we regret that we are unable to refund or exchange any items of swimwear.
  • Several types of goods are exempt from being returned such as Gift Cards/Vouchers.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • This does not effect your statutory rights.


Online Refund Process

  • To return your product, you should mail your product to: Main Street Bundoran, Donegal, IE
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
  • If you are shipping an item over €75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
  • Late or missing refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
