• Same-Day Dispatch: All "In Stock" orders placed online or by phone before 11:00 AM GMT (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same day.

• Delivery Windows: Transit times vary depending on your delivery location.

• Surfboards: Please note that we are unable to ship surfboards due to their size and the high risk of damage during transit.
